We will not be having a vendor showfloor at this years convention. We're saving all the excitement for the 2013 Multi-State Show!

This years convention will feature Club displays from all 15 of our State clubs. The Club displays will be open to the public.

We will be holding our annual Museum Competition as usual

We will host a luncheon at which we will install the 2012 -2013 State Officers.

HOW CAN I HELP WITH THE CONVENTION?
As a non-profit organization, GWOCP relies heavily on the support from its members and volunteers. There are a number of ways you can assist us during our annual show & convention.   Please contact Scot Mauldin, 2012 Convention Chairman directly for more information and/or to offer your help.

We are looking for volunteers specifically in the following areas
1. Serve on or chair one of the many sub committees related to our show & convention. these include:
      Hospitality
      Program Book Ad Sales
      Silent Auction & Raffle Donations
      Volunteer Ambassador at the show (information desk, sales table attendant,
           demonstration room monitor, etc.)
      Show & Convention Planning Committee
      Show materials and promotion/marketing supplies
2. Donate surplus china and/or paints and brushes for demonstrations.
3. Donate items for our silent auction, raffles, and/or sales table.
4. Sponsor an event! Cash donations are greatly appreciated to help offset the cost of hosting the show &
       convention.
5. ATTEND THE SHOW & BRING A FRIEND!
